How do I track my order? +
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, tracking information will be available on our courier's website (this can take up to 24 hours after dispatch depending on destination). Please note: orders received after 4pm are dispatched the following working day.

I’ve not got a return label, how can I get one? +
Not to worry, we've got you covered. You can download a new returns label here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/697.

Once there, select box/bag and click 'Yes' when asked if your item is smaller than the maximum measurements.

Then simply fill in your details and print off the returns label. You should get proof of postage when taking the item to the Post Office in the form of a receipt. Keep that safe as it also has your tracking number on.

No Printer?

If you’re unable to print a return label, there are some post offices that can print out our free returns labels for you.

Simply go to https://www.royalmail.com/services-near-you/ and enter your postcode, select “Delivery/Post Offices” and click “Filters” and select “Print prepaid postage label”.
Can I return or exchange my items? +
Yes, we have a 90 day return/exchange policy. Don’t worry if you’ve tried them on, we completely understand. As long as the items have not been used and are free from any pet hair or soiling, and come back with their original packaging/tags, you’re welcome to return them to us.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet? +
Your estimated delivery date will have been shown during the checkout process – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or by using the form above. Please check your spam folder if you can’t find it in your inbox.

Don’t forget... any orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the following working day.
I have returned items to you but have not yet had a refund? +
It can take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date we receive a return at our warehouse to processing the return.

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return.

If you have used one of our FREE Royal Mail returns labels, the post office would have provided you with a receipt with a tracking number on.

I need to exchange for a different item/size but need it ASAP, what should I do? +
If you need the replacement item/size within 7-10 working days, we suggest the best thing to do would be to place a new order and pay for it to ensure you receive it in time. Please write on the invoice enclosed in your return that you would like a refund and that you have placed a new order to avoid a duplicate replacement.

How do I return my items? +
We currently offer free returns from Ireland and Germany.

You can get a free return label by sending us a message via the contact us form below. Please make sure you include the order number and product codes that you’re looking to return.

If you are an international customer outside of the above countries, unfortunately we are unable to offer a free returns service currently. If you would like to return an item, please address your return parcel to Big Dude Clothing, Unit 8 Helix Business Park, New Bridge Road, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, CH65 4LR, UK. Please retain any parcel tracking information.
I returned items to you but have not yet had a refund? +
Typically, it can take 3-6 weeks for international returns to reach our warehouse. Once they’ve arrived with us, please allow up to 10 working days for them to be processed (this can be longer during busy periods).

You may see from the tracking that your parcel has been delivered to Belgium, this is to the EU warehouse of the carrier who consolidates the returns before sending them to the UK in batches.
